说明：Spermidine belongs to the polyamines. They are used for the isolation of chromosomes as they are stabilizing the DNA , acting as the positive counter ion. In addition, it inhibits neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS). Binds and precipitates DNA; may be used for purification of DNA binding proteins. Stimulates T4 polynucleotide kinase activity.
